The Review of Research Drugs not for Human Consumption

09 Sep

The drugs that are not for human consumption but dedicated for research are called synthetic or designer drugs. They are created by manipulating the chemical structures of other proactive drugs. This results in a product from which has a structure similar to but not identical to illegal proactive drugs. This is a process that was developed a long time ago but in the recent years, there has been an increase in the use of designer drugs. These designer drugs are usually packaged as research chemicals, bath salts, incense, or plant food. Are also other packages with labels with a warning such as not for human consumption or not for sale to minors.

Even though these drugs are usually packaged with no intention of human consumption, they have widely become useful to many people around the world. This is due to the little knowledge of the level of the toxicity of these packaged drugs. There is usually no or less testing prior to releasing these drugs into the market so people have no idea of the effect that they might cause. Most of these drugs are sold by the online vendors but also can be found in wholesale stores. The earliest forms of designer drugs were derived from the opium. For example, heroin was chemically developed from morphine alkaloid extracted from the opium poppy. It is evident that the designer drugs have continued to evolve because the manufacturers are striving to stay ahead of the enforcement agencies. They are beneficial in adding energy and also relieving chronic pain for some people. In case an individual is suffering from addiction of these synthetic drugs, he or she can always sort treatment from the rehabilitation centers where that individual involves steps of detoxification, medication, behavioral counseling and long-term follow-up care in order to prevent the relapse. The program is usually offered for both inpatient and outpatient settings

Sometimes the research drugs not for human consumption are usually repackaged to supplement, plant food, herbal ecstasy, incense, bath salts, room deodorizer, the synthetic cocaine, and plant food. There are also emerging research drugs that are usually promoted as legal products. They sometimes have a proactive effect due to the various chemicals in these research drugs. However, after some analysis, it is usually found that some products have been found to include caffeine and no other active ingredient at all. There are two broad categories of the research drugs not for human consumption which are powders/pills and synthetic cannabis. View here for more information!

These synthetic drugs are not usually recommended for human consumption or to be used clinically. Produced under law and regulation of the local authority based on the potential of the abuse by the people. They are usually manufactured chemically to resemble illicit drugs but I usually constantly changed by the manufacturers in order to circumvent drug laws. The recent growth of these synthetic drugs is due to the ability to minimize the effects of cocaine, LSD, MDMA, or methamphetamines. Watch a video at
